Fred is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Johnson State College. He completed an internship in Residential Substance Abuse. Fred has spent the past 30 years working with individuals, groups and families with a focus on personal growth topics and issues. Prior to entering full-time into private practice, he worked for 10 years in university counseling centers. He continues to enjoy working with with college students and people transitioning from young adult to adult life. Fred’s areas of specialty include anger management, relationship issues, assertiveness training, depression, anxiety, stress and grief work with individuals and couples. He currently works primarily with adults as well as adolescents. Fred believes that counseling works best when utilized as an opportunity to take a step back and explore problematic areas of one’s life with a supportive and objective clinician and a focus towards making healthier and more fulfilling choices.

Sandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University. Past work experience includes running hospital-affiliated outpatient groups for addicts in recovery. For the past 7 years, Sandy worked as a clinician in an outpatient mental health clinic in an urban setting. She served a varied population with a wide range of needs and experiences. Sandy is a compassionate, curious and interactive therapist. She works within a relational and interpersonal framework with adults and couples. She incorporates both concrete recommendations as well as insight-oriented approaches. In the room you will explore both conscious and unconscious roadblocks that create difficulty in your daily life. She will work in a partnership with you to explore the hurdles that are preventing growth, and the patterns of behavior that are no longer helpful but difficult to let go of. Together you will create a safe space for you to feel safe and empowered and you will lay the foundation for lasting change. Julie is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, with a Masters in Social Work from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. She has previous experience working in a domestic violence and sexual assault agency, a drug & alcohol intensive outpatient treatment program, and community mental health. She has served a large population of individuals from many different backgrounds, and has worked with those who are experiencing severe mental health issues as well. Julie has extensive experience working with adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, drug & alcohol issues, trauma, personality disorders, codependency, and those experiencing difficult life transitions. Julie operates with the idea that the relationship between client and clinician holds extreme therapeutic importance in providing support to assist clients through their current journey of life.

Mojca (pronounced Moit-za) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. With past work experience in community mental health in New York, Arizona and Pennsylvania with both children and adults, Mojca enjoys working with people from different cultures, backgrounds, ages and treatment issues. Mojca has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults going through life changes and transitions, depression, anxiety, managing anger, behavioral and school difficulties, family or relationship conflict, and chronic illness.
Mojca values making therapy a safe and comfortable experience for her clients. She takes a collaborative approach to treatment and works to create a trusting and safe space for her clients. The process of therapy is different for everyone and she believes treatment should be viewed in the same way. Therefore, Mojca draws from a variety of treatment methodologies to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. Denise tends to focus on acting as a therapeutic support in assisting people in improving their lives by gaining personal insights about themselves. She often uses a goals and objectives approach to support clients and act as an agent of change by using strong motivational interviewing skills. Denise is clinically open and flexible with using “outside of the box” problem solving skills. Her therapeutic skillsets allows her to help clients make healthier choices in problematic areas of life and encourage positive change to occur. Paula is an LCSW with a masters degree in social work from Marywood University. Paula has past experience working in community mental health with adolescents and adults helping them work through and face numerous different challenges. Paula specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Paula utilizes a caring and empathetic approach to supporting clients in finding and using their strengths during treatment. Paula utilizes a person centered approach and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) interventions into her treatment.

Christina Pissalidis is a Licensed Psychologist with a Doctorate degree in School Psychology from Temple University. She completed her internship at one of the few APA accredited school-based sites, Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, Houston, Texas. Christina specializes in psychoeducational evaluations for learning issues. Psychoeducational evaluations assess academic, intellectual, and social/emotional and behavioral functioning providing information on how a student is performing relative to same age peers. The ultimate goal of the evaluation is to identify a pattern of strengths/weaknesses, to determine if there a disability impacting the student’s learning, and if so, to develop a support plan. Christina has over 20 years of experience working in and with schools to develop individualized programs and accommodations to support students in a general education and special education settings. Christina has a passion for education and student learning, and strives to provide recommendations that drive better student outcomes.

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with an MA in Clinical Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary. Before that, Rachel earned a BA in English from Davidson College and worked as an editor, as well as in higher education and church administration. All of these career paths overlap in her love for people and their stories, for learning, and for creative problem solving. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and others,
Rachel works with clients to uncover values, patterns, and stories and develop clarity about what’s not working and solutions and skills for change. She incorporates Relational Life Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques—and a lot of humor and creativity. She often introduces the arts and client interests (e.g., music, art, poetry, videos etc.) to support therapy work.
Rachel has experience working with trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, addiction recovery, and spirituality. She particularly enjoys working with other therapists, clergy, health care professionals, creative professionals, and educators. She engages in continuing education regularly, focusing particularly on relational trauma treatment and relationship repair.
Rachel works with individuals (18+) and couples via teletherapy. She is licensed in PA, NC, CT and FL (telehealth)
